Over the course of two clips the savvy man shared how he’d managed to flip his small front garden into a handy spot to park his car.

The timelapse videos revealed each step of the process to show how he revamped the stone-covered garden.

After flattening the area Trai laid down the tiles and created a small wall so he could still show off some greenery at the front of his home.

And the efforts pay off – the spacious driveway sat flat with the street, and looked far tidier than before.

He showed off the magic transformation on his channel @traiantoc1.

It’s not unusual for people to transform their front gardens into driveways.

One savvy homeowner recently shared his step-by-step guide on how to make the change yourself.

The creative DIY project left viewers stunned as the plot of land was completely renovated – on a budget.

In a video posted to TikTok by @vdubdaniels, the resident revealed he used a JCB digger to pull up the grass.

Navigating tree roots and paving slabs, the crafty resident was able to clear the space and even out the soil.

After levelling the surface, he put down black tarpaulin and weighted it down with bricks.

In the third step, this home renovator covered the area with dirt and rubble, using the JCB to help.

Then it was smoothed over with a rake before covering the whole space with grey shingle.

A panel from the front wooden fence was also removed to allow access onto the new driveway.

The homeowner proudly showed off a picture of their car parked on the new home addition.

To add a bit of luxury, the DIY whizz also decorated the driveway with vibrant planters and shrubbery.

It came as one man shared how he built a bog-standard 6ft privacy fence without it costing a fortune.

Andy Mac showed how he speedily constructed the budget boarder, which measured around eight metres, at the end of his garden.

Plus, a DIY mum who left social media users divided after sharing her new fake brink print patio.

Renovating can be pricey – so rather than forking out for a new one, TikTok user @losingitin2023, decided to get crafty and transform it herself.
