Rumah Bonda's bid for review of Welfare Dept's seal order reverted to High Court

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal today ordered the judicial review application by Pertubuhan Kebajikan Rumah Bonda Kuala Lumpur (Rumah Bonda) to challenge the Federal Territory Welfare Department’s action in sealing its premises to be reverted for hearing at the High Court.
