Notorious thief Nadeem Qureshi has been taken into custody by Bidhannagar Police in connection with a two-year-old burglary case in Salt Lake. Qureshi has committed over 1,200 burglaries across 14 states in India over 25 years and has amassed crores worth of property in Mumbai and Pune. He has been arrested at least eight times and is wanted in at least 23 cases.
