Shamed Stephen Bear’s fiancee shows off results of nose job saying ‘I’m alive’ as she hits back at trolls
STEPHEN Bear’s fiancee Jessica Smith has lashed out at trolls after revealing the results of her nose job.
Disgraced Ex On The Beach star Bear, 33, is currently behind bars for secretly recording and profiting from a sex tape he made of ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison, 28.
Earlier this month Jessica, 22, left fans horrified as she revealed a tattoo tribute to the shamed star.
Now she has faced backlash after having had cosmetic surgery to tweak her nose.
Jessica has vowed to stand by Stephen as he serves his jail term.
Exposing the keyboard bullies who have taken aim at her appearance, she re-posted their comments on her Instagram page.
Naming and shaming the trolls, Jessica wrote: “Here comes the abuse.
“When everyone else does it it’s fine but when I do it people think I’m crazy or something?
“I’m not the only person in the world who wasn’t happy with their nose so have had to have multiple revision surgeries.
“Make it make sense.”
Jessica then posted snaps of her before and after look before revealing her bandaged nose in a selfie.
Previously, the reality TV hopeful revealed her tattoo tribute to her man.
The OnlyFans personality has had the name ‘Stephen’ forever inked into the back of her right arm, just above her elbow.
She captioned the post: “How freaking cute is this.
“Stephen is gonna love it,” alongside a queen and pink heart emojis.
This comes after Jessica revealed that the shamed star has a phone in his jail cell.
Despite being found guilty, Jessica has decided to stand by her man and documents what her new life without him is like regularly on social media.
She has recently revealed an apparent soppy side to Bear after telling how he writes her love songs from behind bars.
