Kuwait Airways has been told to pay INR 6 lakh ($8,035) by the Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to a man who was not permitted to board a connecting flight from the country’s capital to London in 2019, despite having a valid ticket. It found the airline guilty of causing “mental agony, physical discomfort, humiliation and emotional trauma”.
