Maruti is recalling 87,599 defective cars, how to know if yours is on the list

Maruti Suzuki is recalling 87,599 vehicles as a precautionary measure citing manufacturing defects. These include Maruti’s most popular micro SUV S-Presso and mini van- Eeco. The Indo-Japanese company has said that all the models manufactured from July 5, 2021 to February 15 this year have been brought under the recall due to steering wheel problems. It is known that only the rod attached to the steering wheel is prone to problems.
