Wall Street chimes higher, Dow Jones gains 27 points

NEW YORK, New York - U.S. stocks headed higher Tuesday with the Dow Jones rising for a 12th consecutive day.

Investors enthusiasm was not dampened by the prospect of another interest rate hike expected Wednesday as the Federal Reserve commenced its two-day FOMC meeting Tuesday. Many expect the hike to be the last for the year.
