The border state has been caught in ethnic strife since May 3 however government sources have denied imposition of Article 355 which deals with the duty of the Union to protect States against external aggression and internal disturbance. The total number of questions listed by Member of Parliament (MPs) in Lok Sabha were ‘pruned’ from 30 to 27.
