Coronation Street shock as Adam Barlow takes cruel revenge on pregnant cheating wife Sarah Platt

CORONATION Street’s Adam Barlow took devastating revenge on cheating wife Sarah Platt tonight.

The solicitor – who is played by actor Sam Robertson in the BBC soap – discovered the truth about the baby’s paternity tonight.

Adam planned a surprise gender reveal for Sarah but couldn’t get the information about the baby’s gender from the clinic.

Eventually when he found the reference number he called them – and then assembled the two family’s together in the Bistro for the surprise reveal.

Sarah was shocked when she walked in but quickly recovered.

She told them all: “I just want to say I know how much upset I’ve caused and I just really want to apologise for that. 

“And I know how lucky I am. I’m so lucky to have a man who is so understanding and committed and strong and caring. 

“I love you so much so thank you. This is the beginning of us getting back on track.”

But as Sarah went to unveil the gender with a surprise balloon opening, Adam insisted she do it alone.

She unwrapped the box and a balloon flew out with the words “It’s Damon’s!” on it.

Humiliated and devastated Sarah rushed out after Adam but was knocked back.

Determined to win him back, Sarah interrupted Adam while he was packing his stuff to move out.

She begged him for another chance, but he couldn’t get over all of her lies and ended things for good.

One wrote: “Sarah doesnt deserve Adam he is way too nice for her shes a liar & a cheat & I’m so pleased he’s left her finally.”

A second said: “Corrie zero sympathy for Sarah. You play away you face the consequences.”

Another added: “Hey Sarah. Remember when you chucked Adam out because he wasn’t cheating on you with his stalker.”
