The Miami Seaquarium, which was home to the beloved orca Lolita, is being evicted from it's waterfront location in Miami. Miami-Dade County officials served a lease termination notice Thursday to the park's owner, The Dolphin Company. The old-Florida style tourist attraction opened in 1955. Lolita lived there for more than 50 years until her death last August at age 57. Miami-Dade County cited a “long and troubling history of violations” in a lease termination notice. The company has until April 21 to vacate the property. It wasn't immediately known what will happen to the marine life living at the park.
