Ellis isn't listed on there but that's still an incredibly low number for a professional sports team. This is the reason, we had a poor culture and a disastrous season. This staffing structure has been cut to the bone, and probably is similar to a championship club .
The working environment creates atmosphere and culture, ie poor training facilites, and a severe lack of backroom staff = amateur preparation = amateur performance .
Blame has been apportioned to the players, the finger of blame should be pointed at Pearson/Clark in my opinion for allowing this to happen.
thankfully Myler is now addressing this problem .
