This year's presidential race was supposed to be a rematch between two elderly white men, Joe Biden and Donald Trump. That's no longer the case after Sunday, when Biden ended his reelection bid and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris. The decision will reshape the politics of race, age and gender in the campaign. Most notably, Trump will no longer be the second oldest candidate in the race, but the oldest. And after years of using racist, sexist and nativist rhetoric, he'll be most likely be facing off against a woman of color who is the daughter of immigrants.
