Chinese carmakers hold technological edge over European competitors, EU trade commissioner says

"While European industry has technological excellence in many aspects, Chinese car manufacturers enjoy technological advantages on batteries, software, infotainment systems and development time," EU Trade Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis said.
