Trump's White House ballroom is too big, architect says, as 2nd panel prepares to vote on it

President Donald Trump’s White House ballroom project is too big and should be scaled back. That's according to an architect and member of the board of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. David Scott Parker says the ballroom exceeds industry standards for size. He said it's more than 45% larger than it needs to be to hold 1,000 guests.
