Parked: No golf carts allowed in Myrtle Beach during Memorial Day weekend

MYRTLE BEACH — A ban on golf carts on the streets in some parts of Myrtle Beach will be in effect during the upcoming holiday weekend, a move one rental company says will take a big slice out of business.
