SC affirms decision upholding EDCA, denies motions for reconsideration

The Supreme Court (SC) affirmed yesterday its January decision which ruled that the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) between the Philippines and the United States is not constitutionally infirm.
