Terrazola Aggressive but honest police officials will be appointed as the top commander in the towns or provinces where the mayors or governors are found to be involved in the illegal drugs trade, while in Metro Manila, expect more inept police officials booted out. This will be the organizational direction of the Philippine National Police (PNP), according to Director General Ronald dela Rosa. “We have not yet fully implemented it, but we will do that in due time,” said Dela Rosa, adding that police commanders who have what it takes to defy and run after mayors and governors soon be named as drug trade operators or protectors will be rewarded.
