Guilty plea in Caitlyn the dog's cruelty case marks progress, Animal Society says

The CEO of the Charleston Animal Society said the felony guilty plea Monday from the man who taped Caitlyn the dog’s muzzle shut should send a clear message to the community that animal cruelty is being taken seriously.
