PAGASA: LPA spotted off Aurora, ‘habagat’ to pummel most parts of Luzon

MANILA -- A low pressure area spotted off Aurora province continues to pull the southwest monsoon (habagat), bringing moderate rains in most parts of Luzon and Visayas, the state weather bureau said Tuesday.
