President Duterte ordered yesterday the restoration of the unilateral ceasefire with the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) effective midnight of August 21 and will “last for as long as necessary to bring peace in the land.”
