Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade warned traffic personnel of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Land Transportation, Franchising, and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), and Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) that he will be “uncompromising and unforgiving” in eradicating corruption in their ranks. Speaking before Metro traffic personnel at the MMDA offices on the first day of their joint re-training program, Secretary Tugade said: “You in the traffic enforcement unit, anti-corruption is your marching order.
