Despite being self-recorded on a short schedule and limited budget in a 200-year-old plantation house down at Toogoodoo Bluff (between Charleston and Edisto Island), there’s nothing unrefined or overly rustic about the elegant and dynamic stuff on Charleston band Stop Light Observations’ new album, "Toogoodoo."
