Lindsey Graham wants special prosecutor to probe Clinton's use of private email server

WASHINGTON — The FBI and the Justice Department have closed the investigation into the private email server Hillary Clinton maintained while secretary of state, but U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham doesn’t want the matter to end there.
