Gov. Nikki Haley asks agencies to trim budgets by more than $200 million

COLUMBIA — Gov. Nikki Haley told agency heads and financial officers to prepare for "leaner times," asking then to find areas to reduce their budgets by at least 3 percent, according to a memo she sent Monday.
