S.C. lawmakers tackle ballooning pension problem

COLUMBIA — A new committee of state lawmakers began work on addressing the state’s underfunded pension program or "the state’s biggest problem of the decade," co-chairman Sen. Kevin Bryant, R-Anderson, said Tuesday.
