Rivers expected to begin receding as officials begin to look toward recovery

WEST COLUMBIA — Conway business owners say they hope the Waccamaw River will finally begin to recede and give them some much-needed flood water relief after Hurricane Matthew dumped rain on the state more than a week ago.
