‘Mindhunter’ Trailer: David Fincher’s Serial Killer Series Seems Super Spooky (Video)

The trailer for Netflix’s show “Mindhunter” is here, and it’s just as creepy as a show about serial killers should be.

The David Fincher-produced series, set in 1979, follows two FBI agents, played by Jonathan Groff and Holt McCallany, as they listen to venting killers, searching for a way to understand the motivation behind their brutal and senseless violence in order to prevent future murders. 

The agents travel to local police bureaus to teach FBI techniques in murder cases, and along the way try to find deeper understanding into the minds of the psychopaths they encounter.

If the trailer is any indication, the show will have plenty of gore (cue photos of brutalized female corpses) and mystery.
