Government not to force Air India to fly to unconnected cities

«The Times of India» (indiatimes.com) 

The government said it will not "force" Air India to flying to unconnected cities. Civil aviation minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju said Air India is coming out of losses because of government's "non-interference" policy and maintained that its job was to "facilitate and not compel" airline operations.



Ohio woman receives HS diploma at 93; marriage foiled degree

AKRON, Ohio (AP) — A 93-year-old Ohio woman has received the high school diploma she was denied because of rules that expelled married students. The Akron Beacon Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1LTmUnE ) that Akron Superintendent David James hand-delivered the diploma to Liggett in suburban Fairlawn on Wednesday as part of a surprise ceremony.
