Hedge fund manager David Ganek scored a big win on Thursday after a judge refused to dismiss his case against the US government.

Ganek, founder of now defunct hedge fund Level Global, filed a lawsuit in February 2015 against the FBI and Southern District prosecutors in New York after the government's 2010 "reckless" raid resulted in the shutting down of his once $4 billion firm.

The defendants, which include a number of FBI agents and US Attorney Preet Bharara, filed a motion to dismiss the suit. Читать дальше...

Seven ordinary people did exactly that on A&E's new documentary series "60 Days In," which premieres on Thursday night. The show follows the participants' experiences as undercover inmates at an Indiana jail.

The volunteers — none of whom had criminal records — were booked on fake charges and assumed false identities during their stays at Clark County Jail in Jeffersonville.

Donald Trump's spokeswoman on Thursday strongly denied an allegation that his campaign manager manhandled a reporter earlier in the week.

"The accusation, which has only been made in the media and never addressed directly with the campaign, is entirely false," Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks said in a three-paragraph statement sent to ABC News.
