The violence occurred at around 7:15 a.m. near Mindego Hill and Alpine roads in the forested community, according to a statement from the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office. The homeowner’s tenant came outside and was shot “multiple times in the head and upper torso” as well. The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, about six feet tall with a medium build, wearing a green jacket over a white tank top with dark pants.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Ted Cruz won most of the delegates at stake in Saturday's Republican county conventions in Wyoming.
The Texas senator won nine of the 12 delegates that were up for grabs. Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and billionaire businessman Donald Trump won one apiece. One delegate was uncommitted.
