Indianapolis police: Child, 2, dies after being shot

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indianapolis police say a 2-year-old child has died at a hospital after being shot. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said in a news release that officers were sent to the city's northwest side Wednesday night regarding a child shot. The release says officers found the child unresponsive with a single gunshot wound. Police say the child later died at a hospital. Driver pleads guilty in DWI crash that killed man in 2014

The Daily Record reports (http://dailyre.co/1pjnzUJ ) Edward Koloski entered the plea earlier this week to charges of vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and DWI in the crash that killed Javan Robinson in Rockaway Township. Prosecutors say Robinson was going to a grocery store close to midnight on Feb. 23, 2014, when he was hit by Koloski's Dodge Charger while trying to cross Route 46.
