Prince has died at 57

Prince is dead at the age of 57, his publicist has confirmed to the AP.

The musician's body was found at his Paisley Park estate in suburban Minneapolis on Thursday, as TMZ first reported, after police were called there about a death.

Last week, Prince was reportedly hospitalized after an emergency plane landing because of illness. A rep told TMZ that Prince "has been fighting the flu for several weeks."

Ex-school board member admits guilt in commission scheme

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — A former Mount Olive Township school board member has admitted his role in a scheme that bilked the district of $371,000. Forty-seven-year-old Robert Mania pleaded guilty Thursday to wire fraud. Prosecutors say while serving on the board, Mania schemed with others from 2007 to 2009 to increase the amount of commissions paid by the district's health insurance carrier on the district's account. Teenager Passes Driving Test After Hitting And Killing A Deer

A UK teenager managed to pass his driving test and get a full license despite killing a deer during the exam.  The Independent reports: Tom Lo, 17, was driving around 40mph when the deer ran in front of his car near Fingringhoe, Essex.
