A Texas pastor caused a public outcry last month after he claimed that a cake he bought at Whole Foods was decorated with a homophobic slur.

Jordan Brown, an openly gay pastor at Austin's Church of Open Doors, is now reversing those claims — and dropping a lawsuit he filed against Whole Foods — after the company threatened a countersuit, The New York Times reports.

Icahn eliminated his stakes in Gannett Co. , Hologic Inc. , Mentor Graphics Corp. , and Tegna Inc. Also, the filing confirmed that Icahn had unloaded his last 4.8 million shares of Apple Inc. . Einhorn's Greenlight Capital adds Apple, GM, Yahoo and Yelp shares

David Einhorn's Greenlight Capital has raised stakes in Apple Inc. , General Motors Co. , Yahoo Inc. and Yelp Inc. in the first three months of the year, according to a regulatory filing submitted Monday. The hedge fund boosted its stake in Apple to 8.21 million shares from 6.28 million in the fourth quarter. It also bought more than a million shares in GM to boost its stake to 15.29 million shares while doubling its Yahoo holding to 4.4 million shares from 2.03 million shares in the previous quarter.
