A mid-level New York appeals court on Tuesday ruled that lawyers for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump can argue to the state's highest court that fraud claims against Trump University brought by the state attorney general should be dismissed.

In March, Trump suffered a legal setback in the case when the same mid-level appeals court allowed multimillion-dollar fraud claims against the now-defunct venture to proceed.

The NBA Draft Lottery is on Tuesday night and the team with the most to gain is the Philadelphia 76ers, who could end up with four first-round picks, including two of the top four picks in the draft if the ping pong balls bounce their way.

With the worst record in the NBA this season, the 76ers have the best chance of landing the top pick in the draft. With their own pick they have a 25.0% chance of picking first and a 64.3% chance of landing in the top three.

Amazon just opened its first-ever brick-and-mortar store last year in Seattle, but don't expect that to be the only one for much longer.

According to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, there's definitely more coming.

"We're definitely going to open additional stores," Bezos said at Amazon's annual shareholder meeting on Tuesday, according to Geekwire.

Bezos didn't further elaborate on his plan, or specify what kind of stores he was referring to, saying it's still an experiment at this stage. Читать дальше...
