René Mosman, oud-bestuurder military, overleden

USSELO - In zijn woonplaats Usselo is woensdag René Mosman onverwacht overleden. Mosman (63) was eigenaar van makelaarskantoor Zwijnenberg in Enschede. Segregation in American public schools is on the rise, according to federal data published by the US Government Accountability Office (GAO).

The number of students attending "High-Poverty and mostly Black or Hispanic" (H/PBH) public schools — including charter and magnet schools — more than doubled between 2001 and 2014.

Charter schools are publicly funded but privately run while magnet schools have specialized curricula.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc.’s share price climbed almost 9 percent Thursday after the company reported surprisingly solid traffic and a sunny outlook for this year. Meanwhile, rival Target Corp. slumped a day after disappointing Wall Street with diminished projections and flattening traffic. Wal-Mart’s expectations show a company rebounding from a less-than-stellar 18 months. In contrast, Target appears to be headed in the other direction, posting its lowest growth since 2014 and projecting flat or declining sales for the coming year.
