3 charged in drive-by fatal shootings of 2 men in Ohio

HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say three people arrested in the slayings of two men in a drive-by shooting have been charged with aggravated murder in southwestern Ohio. Hamilton Municipal Court records show 35-year-old Melinda Gibby, of Lancaster; 22-year-old Zachary Harris, of Columbus; and 21-year-old Tony Patete, of Newark, are each charged with two counts of aggravated murder in the shooting that occurred Wednesday afternoon on a city street.

Jury deliberates fate of man charged with killing trooper

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (AP) — Jury deliberations have begun in the trial of a 62-year-old Florida man charged with killing a New York state trooper by deliberately swerving his vehicle into the officer. The Melrose, Florida, resident was charged with first-degree murder after authorities say he purposely drove into Trooper Christopher Skinner while the trooper was issuing a ticket along Interstate 81 near Binghamton in May 2014.

Fargo man sentenced for escaping from Devils Lake jail

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo man who escaped from the regional jail in Devils Lake has been sentenced to serve three years in prison for the incident. KZZY radio reports that Eagleman on Thursday pleaded guilty to felony escape and to several misdemeanor counts including fleeing that he was being held on at the time of his escape.

Thibodaux man accused of stealing from donation jars

HOUMA, La. (AP) — Terrebonne sheriff's deputies say a 34-year-old Thibodaux man is accused of stealing from cerebral palsy donation jars at four convenience stores in Houma. Sheriff Jerry Larpenter said in a news release Walter Richard II was arrested Wednesday and faces four counts of theft and three counts of contempt of court. A new video filmed by a drone flying overhead Apple's $5 billion project to build a giant, circle-shaped campus in Cupertino, shows the scale of the building.

The video by Matthew Roberts was filmed using a drone flying overheard Apple's building site.

When Apple Campus 2 is finished it will be the main office space for 13,000 Apple employees.

Apple is building a garden and pond area in the space inside the massive "spaceship" building.
