Season 21 of The Bachelor will premiere Monday, Jan. 2 at 8/7c, ABC announced Tuesday. Netflix has finally released the official trailer for Season 2 of the revival, which premieres on Dec. 9, and it's full of teases about what's in store for D.J. (Candace Cameron-Bure), Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) & Co., including an unexpected lip-lock and a cameo by New Kids on the Block. If you were to opt for a shorter term, the average 15-year mortgage rate is 2.86%, which equates to a $683.87 monthly payment per $100,000 borrowed. A month ago, the equivalent payment would have been higher by $10.94.
