(Reuters) - Only "significant negative news" could derail the Federal Reserve's high expectations for raising U.S. interest rates next month, a Fed official who has recently advocated for policy tightening said on Tuesday.

Hawaii to use Olympic surfing to attract tourists

The Hawaii Tourism Authority usually spends most of its $9.1 million sports budget on land-based events, but Vice President for Marketing and Product Development Leslie Dance says HTA will start to focus on surfing and water sports as the games approach. HTA's marketing contractor, Hawaii Tourism Japan, will ask Japan's Olympic Committee to allow them to highlight surfing in the opening ceremony.

McDonald's is changing the recipe for the iconic Big Mac for the first time in 50 years. 

The fast-food chain is adding a spicy Sriracha sauce to the burger at 126 restaurants in Columbus, Ohio.

McDonald's spokeswoman Becca Hary called the move a "milestone for McDonald's."

She said customers in the area will also be able to test the Sriracha Mac sauce separately for dipping McNuggets and fries.
