Ex-Tenn. school officials respond to lawsuit in rape case

(AP) — Three former officials at a Tennessee high school are seeking a dismissal of a lawsuit filed against them regarding the rape and assault of a freshman basketball player in an apparent hazing incident. The former principal, assistant principal and basketball coach at Ooltewah High School were responding to a complaint filed by a victim who says they knew athletes were being abused and did nothing about it.

No. 8 Oklahoma heads to No. 10 West Virginia on Saturday night and the Sooners can wrap up the Big 12 championship if it gets some help earlier in the day from TCU, which hosts second-place Oklahoma State.

The Big 12 has been devoid of marquee games this season. Oklahoma started out ranked No. 3 and lost its opener to Houston.

JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley are leading the deal, which will list on the Nasdaq under the ticker "TRVG."

Allen & Company, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Cowen and Company, and Guggenheim Securities are also on the deal.
