Man accused in college student's death returned to Texas

DENTON, Texas (AP) — A 20-year-old ex-Marine has been returned to Texas after being arrested in Arizona as a suspect in the fatal New Year's Day shooting of a college student.

Police say 20-year-old University of North Texas student Sara Mutschlechner (MUCH'-lehk-nur) was shot in the head after an exchange of words between people in her vehicle and five men in an SUV.
