Fire damages interior of American Legion Hall in Manchester

(AP) — Fire officials say the interior of a 95-year-old American Legion Hall in Manchester suffered extensive damage after a blaze tore through the structure over the weekend.

Crews were dispatched to American Legion Post 102 after an employee called to report heavy smoke in the building's basement around 3:15 p.m. Saturday.
