It’s official “Good Wife’ ending this year

Amid all the hoopla over Lady Gaga’s flag-inspired National Anthem outfit, the meh-worthy halftime show and, oh yeah, the 50th anniversary football game itself, CBS used the Super Bowl to make it official: “The Good Wife” will come to an end this season.

The network slipped the news into a commercial, but the demise of the Emmy- and ratings-winning drama had been rumored for months.
