Moorhead college draws criticism for foreign language cuts

(AP) — A small college in Moorhead is facing criticism from some students and alumni after announcing plans to make cuts in foreign languages.

Some students and alumni accused the school of turning against one of the core parts of a liberal arts education, and posters mocking the decision were soon found on campus.
