Victim stripped of his pants in SF street mugging

Around 5:10 a.m., the victim was approached by two men, both in their early- to mid-30s, near the corner of 18th and Capp streets and propositioned for a drink, said Officer Albie Esparza, a police spokesman.

After knocking the victim down, the assailants stripped the man of his pants, which contained his cell phone, wallet, passport and some cash, before fleeing the scene.
