Kansas State Fair considering redesign of fairgrounds

The Hutchinson News reports (http://bit.ly/1oKqiab ) all of the current proposals are long-range ideas but the goal is to make the fairgrounds a more modern attraction.

Another proposal is to allow private businesses to permanently move to the fairgrounds, on a type of main street promoting Kansas.
