Man allegedly assaults woman after helping with flat tire

(AP) — Authorities say they have arrested a man on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman after stopping to help her fix a flat tire.

Adams says Greene was booked into the Mendocino County jail on suspicion of sexual assault and kidnapping.
