Driver in crash that killed teens was on PCP

NORTH BERGEN, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey man accused of speeding when he fatally struck two teenagers last weekend is facing additional charges after investigators say he tested positive for PCP.

The Jersey City man was charged with death by auto and assault by auto after the crash Saturday night.
