Threat forces 2nd evacuation of Milford school in 2 days

MILFORD, Conn. (AP) — A high school in Milford has been evacuated for the second time in two days because of a threat.

State police say officers are responding at Platt Tech High School and school administrators ordered the evacuation.

A preliminary investigation into a threat issued on Thursday did not turn up anything of concern but school officials decided to send students home early.

Police said it was an "unspecified threat" that led to the new evacuation on Friday.
