NYC woman arrested after newborn found dead in trash bag

NEW YORK (AP) — Police say a New York City woman has been arrested after a newborn baby was found in a trash bag at a home on Staten Island.

The New York Police Department says Nausheen Rahman was arrested Saturday on a charge of concealment of a human corpse.
