Cal’s Ivan Rabb named to Pac-12 all-tournament team
Cal forward Ivan Rabb was one of six players named Saturday night to the Pac-12 all-tournament team.
Rabb’s selection came after he totaled 34 points, 20 rebounds and five blocks in the Bears’ two tournament games.
The Oakland native is averaging 12.5 points and a team-best 8.5 rebounds per game this season.
With a shooting percentage of 62.2, Rabb is on pace to become the first Cal player to finish a campaign shooting at least 60 percent since Solomon Hughes in 2001-02.
In the Bears’ win over OSU, he eclipsed Ryan Anderson (269 rebounds, 2006-07) for the program’s freshman rebounding record.
